PA brutalizers The Last Ten Seconds of Life have announced their eighth full length studio album, The Dead Ones. Set for an April 17th arrival, the album marks the band's debut via Metal Blade Records and a modernization of their potent brand of deathcore - one that guitarist Wyatt McLaughlin describes as, "a super-thick sonic output and 'rolling-tank'-like feel."

Intent on merging technicality with powerful, personal performance, The Dead Ones showcases TLTSOL at their best, entrusting Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland of Pennsylvania's Atrium Audio to craft a new level brutality that frames the band's evolution as artists. Along with special guest features from David Simonich of Signs Of The Swarm, Nate Johnson (ex-Fit For An Autopsy), Alan Grnja of Distant and the band's original vocalist Storm Strope, the album touts a powerhouse of personnel and performance.

In creating The Dead Ones, "everyone took what we learned from the past two releases and assembled what we thought would bring out the best of us," explained McLaughlin. "We examined all of THE LAST TEN SECONDS OF LIFE's past work as well focused on how our fanbase digested and connected with our music. Focusing from the flow of structure all the way to every single word that was used. We have delivered a ten-song thriller that will bellow out through the ages."

Sharing the title track, "The Dead Ones" offers a somber reminder of morality, fueled by an explosive performance and very human narrative that resonates with everyone. McLaughlin further explained, "We all know that feeling. The piercing desire to be able to have one more conversation or final words with a loved one who has passed. 'The Dead Ones' explores this in an illuminated way through the delivery of a sonic séance, where the realization that in becoming a vessel for the dead, darkness and light both demand their due."

The announcement of The Dead Ones lands as The Last Ten Seconds of Life prepare to head out on The Eternal Suffering Tour supporting Left to Suffer along with Fr3ak, Your Spirit Dies. The trek begins later this month and extends through February closing out on the 22nd in Dallas. TX. See the complete list of dates below.
