The Used Celebrate 25 Years With Ambitious 3 Albums/3 Nights Spring Tour

The band will perform their 2002 Sell-titled record, 2004's 'In Love And Death' and 'Lies For The Liars' in full with three consecutive nights in each city along the run.

Anthemic rock heroes The Used have announced plans to commemorate their 25th anniversary as a band with an incredibly ambitious spring tour.

The run will consist of 9 different markets across the United States and include a three-night engagement in each city. On those three nights, the band will perform three of their most celebrated releases, performing 2002 Sell-titled record, 2004's  In Love and Death and Lies For The Liars - one album, in full, per night. The tour is set to begin April 3rd in Detroit and wraps with three nights in San Diego, CA starting May 13th. 

The tour will also include a penultimate trio of shows at The historic Wiltern in Los Angeles on May 8th, 10th and 11th. Highlighting the band's first three albums, the tour not only marks a generation of The Used, but also showcases some of the band;'s most enduring selections - as all of the albums featured have either been certified Platinum or Gold by the RIAA. 

Frontman Bert McCracken spoke about the milestone, “Overwhelmed! These first three records are what put The Used on the map. I can’t wait to experience the joy in playing all three records from front to back. I know it will be an amazing time. I wouldn’t miss it for the world. Sending love to you all and I hope to see you there!” 

 

Bassist Jepha added, “We feel extremely lucky and humbled to have been a part of something way bigger than ourselves for the past 25 years. To everyone that has been there from the beginning or is just starting out your adventure with us thank you. Here’s to the next 25!” 

Echoing the gratitude and excitement, drummer Dan Whitesides shared, “We can’t wait to play all of these songs from the first three albums, they mean so much to us as we know they do to so many people.” 

The artist and Live Nation pre-sale begins December 11th at 10am local time. Additional pre-sales kick off December 12th at 10am local time.
