Last year, thrash pillars Exodus announced they had signed to global extreme music authority Napalm Records. As fans eagerly await the follow up to the band's hailed 2021 full length release, Persona Non Grata, the wheels have now been set in motion for a rare headlining tour from Exodus.
"The Battle of '24" North American Tour will serve as the band's first extended headlining tour in many years and will give fans the chance to experience live selections from Persona Non Grata, in addition to the essentials that anchor the Exodus catalog.
Coupled with the news of the tour, Exodus has sweetened the deal with the addition of a dynamic, diverse collective of supporting artists joining the caravan. Among the artists, Havok provide the modern take on traditional trash. Dead Heat will bring the crossover intensity and hardcore youth, while Candy provide elements of noise, punk, grind and sludge making for a versatile line-up for each night on the run.
Exodus guitarist Gary Holt shared of the news, "Exodus are super stoked to announce 'The Battle of '24', our tour with Havok, Candy, and Dead Heat. This tour will be raging, and this is our first headlining tour in many years, so we're excited to dig out some deep cuts as well as play some more songs off of Persona Non Grata. Let the battle begin!"
The tour bgeins November 2 in Tampa, FL. and will conclude on December 7 in Los Angeles, CA. A complete list of dates and cities can be found below.
