Riot Fest is set to return to Douglass Park in Chicago September 18-20th. The 2026 installment of the multi-genre festival with a punk/hardcore slant will feature top billing from TOOL, Twenty One Pilots, Pierce the Veil and Alanis Morrissette for one hell of a wild card. 

Maintaining the punk DNA of the festival, Riot Fest will also feature sets from the likes of Rise Against, Social Distortion, Alkaline Trio, Bad Religion, Descendents, Pennywise, PUP plus legends like Iggy Pop, Elvis Costello & the Imposters, PIXIES, Sex Pistols with Frank Carter, Patti Smith and Her Band, Public Image LTD. and Morrissey to list just few. 

Flexing the kind of variety and diversity that has made Riot Fest such a celebrated annual event on the live music calendar, the festival will also feature performances from NAS, The All American Rejects, Angine De Poitrine, TRICKY, The Format, Taking Back Sunday, GWAR and even the Insane Clown Posse will be bringing the Faygo to the party. 

Among the bill's finer print, the early bands are among the most exciting with Riot Fest platforming the likes of Show Me the Body, Fleshwater, The Chats, Haywire, The Flatliners, Destroy Boys and more.
