Touché Amoré Begins Rise Records Era With New Full Length, 'Spiral In A Straight Line'

- By Ramon Gonzales

The album is produced by Ross Robinson and includes the confirmation of a fall tour with Soul Glo and Portrayal of Guilt.

Following the band's recent surprise set at Sound and Fury this month, Touche Amore has confirmed their sixth full length studio album, Spiral In A Straight Line, due out October 11th. The album marks the band's debut on Rise Records and features the Midas Touch of legendary producer, Ross Robinson.

Along with the confirmation of the band's fall release, Touche Amore has debuted a new music video helmed by Sean Stout for the introductory track, "Nobody's". The single made the setlist cut, with a live debut for the band's appearances at both at Sound and Fury and Outbreak Fest in Manchester.

Speaking of the single, Touche Amore vocalist Jeremy Bolm offered some insight to the thematic weight of the track. “In just a handful of lyrics, it gives the broad strokes of the album. A song and record about forward movement while everything around you becomes destabilized.”

With the wheels in motion towards the release of Spiral In A Straight Line, Touche Amore has also announced plans for a fall headlining tour coinciding with the release of the album.

Kicking off with an appearance at Louder Than Life Festival in Louisville late September as well as their first appearance at Florida's The Fest in a decade, Touche Amore will spot the US with a diverse line-up of support including compatriots Soul Glo along with Portrayal of Guilt and Soft Blue Shimmer. The tour begins October 9th in Los Angeles and closes out November 3rd in Boston, MA. A complete list of dates and cities can be found below. Get tickets - HERE
