Continuing a series of events celebrating the release of their April 24th full length, What The Dead Men Say, Trivium continues to get creative when it comes to connecting with fans. In lieu of more traditional album release festivities, the band has embraced a digital presence that reiterates just why they are championed among fans.
On actual release day, Matt Heafy hosted an entire album playthrough via his wildly popular Twitch channel. Earlier this week, the band hosted a virtual in-store, taking the album buying/signing experience online. Fans were able to secure their copy and get it personalized by the band entirely online.
April 29th, the band sat down with producer Josh Wilbur for an in-depth Q & A session that broadcasted live via Trivium's Facebook and YouTube platforms. Release week culminated with a comprehensive broadcast of Trivium's triumphant 2018 headlining UK performance at the famed Brixton Academy via the Trivium Youtube channel. The guys used the comments feed to chat with fans throughout the performance.
