The rollout for the new album from Turnstile continues to ramp up in a big way. Following the introduction of the release with the joyous title track, the band have now delivered a dynamic double feature, unveiling the music videos for both "SEEIN' STARS" and heavy-hitting heater, "BIRDS".
Following suit of the previous clip, the band's own Brendan Yates and Pat McCrory pull double duty as tandem directors on both videos. On "SEEIN' STARS" a hazy, fever dream is framed with a groove-heavy soundtrack complimented by the slow-motion sway of interpretive dance.
Contrasted by the lightning in a bottle on "BIRDS," the clip takes style cues from Ari Aster's Midsommar while showcasing the electricity that is Turnstile live. The contrasting quality of the tracks asserts the band's songwriting evolution. The tandem release speaks to the band's understanding of strategy - underscoring the breadth of the album that is already one of the most awaited on the year.
NEVER ENOUGH, the new record from Turnstile arrives June 6th via Roadrunner Records.
