Occult doo-wop sensation Twin Temple were set to join Country standout Charley Crockett on his Age of The Ram tour for a handful of select dates. With confirmed dates in California and Oregon, the husband and wife tandem of Zachary and Alexandra James received word that they had been dropped from the supporting dates.
In a statement share to the band's socials, Twin Temple explained, "Today we were informed that Charley Crockett has decided to remove Twin Temple from his upcoming shows next week due to our Satanic imagery.
Unfortunately, that means we will not be able to perform for you next week as planned. We are really disappointed as we were looking forward to getting back out and seeing you, and also what it meant as far as bringing different types of people and music lovers together. We are sorry to everyone who was planning to see us. We’re grateful for your support, not only of Twin Temple, but more importantly of artistic freedom.

As for Crockett, the country star relayed his response via a rap to Rolling Stone when asked about the duo's dismissal. Confirming the ousting was due to the band's Satanic messaging, Crockett expressed via his rep, “I thought they were like Black Sabbath, but they ain’t. Not today, Satan.”
As for Twin Temple, the band has been confirmed as featured support for the upcoming Danzig tour dates. The tour begins September 11th in San Antonio, TX and concludes with a finale at Honda Center in Anaheim, CA along with Acid Bath. See a list of dates and cities below.
