Underoath have released a new live performance video documenting their eruptive set at the Vans Warped Tour in Long Beach, CA. The latest clip features the band setting it off with a live rendition of "Breathing In A New Mentality," from their 2008 LP, Lost In the Sound of Separation.
The track served as the band's opening of their highlight set on the day, adding another chapter to their storied run on the Vans Warped Tour. Guitarist Tim McTague shared, “Playing Warped Tour is nostalgic for all of us to say the least, but Underoath has never phoned anything in and when we thought about how to introduce ourselves to whatever the new warp tour crowd is, we thought breathing in a new mentality was a pretty good statement to kick the night off. It worked.”
The clip lands as the band prepare to join up with the Vans Warped Tour once more for their excursion to Mexico City. Underoath will also take on a healthy run of festival dates including performances at Louder Than Life Festival, Four Chord Music Festival, Furnace Festival, Aftershock Festival, and Sick New World Festival before headlng up their Define the Great Line 20th anniversary tour.
The commemorative run is already seeing low ticket warnings, with some tour stops already sold out entirely. The tour begins in November and features support from August Burns Red, Atreyu, As Cities Burn, and Emery. See the current list of confirmed dates below. Get tickets - HERE
