Though the dust is still settling from a sold out Wacken in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany which featured standout showings from KORN, Amon Amarth, Scorpions, Architects, Behemoth and many, many more - festival organizers have already confirmed what is on deck for next year. 

Capitalizing on the excitement of that last week of festivities, Wacken Open Air has announced the first round of confirmed artists for their 2025 edition and already the anticipation is swelling. Among the artists set for Wacken 2025 include, fresh off their triumph at the Summer Olympics in Paris, french titans Gojira. Additionally, Wacken 2025 will feature sets from Machine Head, Papa Roach, Dimmu Borgir, Ministry, August Burns Red, Obituary, Hanabie., Decapitated, Destruction, DOOL, Midnight and many more. 

Wacken 2025 is set for July 30th through August 02nd in Germany and thus far includes more than 34 artists confirmed to perform next year. Tickets and various upgrades are already available via Wacken.com
