Frontman Jesse Leach set the internet ablaze a few years ago when he announced he was forming a hardcore punk project called The Weapon. While the project has since remained illusive, Leach teased fans via social media a few months ago with some news that an album was not only in the works, but complete.

The wait is now over. A Repugnant Turn Of Events is now available via Bandcamp. In a statement released regarding the record, the band said, "We dedicate this record to everyone fighting the good fight against tyrannical governments, racism, fascism, homophobia, and all forms of oppression. Get mad, get organized, stay focused, and stand strong."
