‘Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities’ (Netflix)

Guillermo del Toro - the master of horror - presents a collection of unprecedented and genre-defining stories that will challenge our traditional notions of horror. The series is anthology of sinister stories, told by some of today’s most revered horror creators - including the directors of The Babadook, Splice, Mandy, and many more.

‘Wendell & Wild’ (Netflix)

From the delightfully wicked minds of Henry Selick (director of The Nightmare Before Christmas and Coraline) and Jordan Peele (Nope, Us, Get Out) comes the story of Kat (Lyric Ross), a troubled teen haunted by her past, who must confront her personal demons, Wendell & Wild (played by Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele) to start a new life in her old hometown. Wendell & Wild also stars Angela Bassett, James Hong, and Ving Rhames.

‘Barbarian’ (HBO Max)

A young woman traveling to Detroit for a job interview books a rental home. But when she arrives late at night, she discovers that the house is double booked, and a strange man is already staying there. Against her better judgement, she decides to spend the evening, but soon discovers that there’s a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest. ‘All Quiet on the Western Front’ (Netflix)

All Quiet on the Western Front tells the gripping story of a young German soldier on the Western Front of World War I. Paul and his comrades experience first-hand how the initial euphoria of war turns into desperation and fear as they fight for their lives, and each other, in the trenches. The film from director Edward Berger is based on the world renowned bestseller of the same name by Erich Maria Remarque.

‘Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi’ (Disney+)

This series tells the background and origin of Anakin Skywalker's apprentice, Ahsoka Tano, as well as the story of Count Dooku as he slowly drifts away from the path of the Jedi and eventually succumbs to the dark side of the Force.

After a ten year hiatus, the hit anime Bleach is returning to finally finish its story in a big way. Ichigo and his friends return to save their world and the Soul Society once again, with the threat this time around being the mighty Quincies.
