‘The Drama’ April 3rd (Theaters)

In this latest mind-bender from director Kristoffer Borgli, a happily engaged couple (Zendaya & Robert Pattinson) get put to the test when an unexpected revelation sends their wedding week off the rails.

 

‘Beast’ April 10th (Theaters)

After years away from the cage, a once-feared MMA champion (Daniel MacPherson) is pulled back in for the fight of his life when his younger brother is put in danger. Reuniting with the trainer (Russel Crowe) who once made him a legend, he commits to one final showdown against the reigning title-holder - a brutal fighter (Bren Foster) determined to dismantle the ex-champ’s legacy in front of the world. Pushed to his breaking point, the contender’s stakes are simple: win, or lose everything he’s built.

 

‘Thrash’ April 10th (Netflix)

When a Category 5 hurricane decimates a coastal town, the storm surge brings devastation, chaos and something far more frightening: hungry sharks. Directed by Tommy Wirkola and produced by Adam McKay, the film stars Phoebe Dynevor, Djimon Hounsou and Whitney Peak. Yeah, it's Crawl but with sharks, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing.

 

‘Faces of Death’ April 10th (Theaters)

In this thrilling modern update to Faces of Death, the exploration of the original film’s infamous “is it real or not?” conceit continues as a woman (Barbie Ferreira) working as a content moderator for a major video platform discovers what appears to be re-enactments of murders from the original film. In an online world where nothing can be trusted, she must determine whether the violence is fiction, or unfolding in real time.

 

‘Hunting Matthew Nichols’ April 10th (Theaters)

Two decades after her brother mysteriously disappeared on Vancouver Island, a documentary filmmaker sets out to solve his missing person's case. When a disturbing piece of evidence is revealed, she comes to believe he might still be alive. This new found footage film is sure to leave an unforgettable impression.

Hot off the record-setting resurrection of Evil Dead Rise, writer/director Lee Cronin turns to one of the most iconic horror stories of all time with an audacious and twisted retelling of a classic. The young daughter of a journalist disappears into the desert without a trace - eight years later, the broken family is shocked when she is returned to them, as what should be a joyful reunion turns into a living nightmare.

For Sheriff Ulysses (Bob Odenkirk), his provisional posting to the quaint Midwestern American town of Normal was meant to be a welcome respite from both his marital woes and recent moral injuries in the line of duty. But when a botched bank robbery interrupts the municipality’s tranquil pace, a dark secret is inadvertently exposed, and Ulysses soon discovers that the town is anything but its namesake.

Testing her limits in the remote and unforgiving Australian wilderness, Sasha (Charlize Theron) suddenly finds herself not only up against the elements, but also facing off against a ruthless and lethal predator (Taron Egerton).
