It's time for episode 16 of She's with the Band, the show that aims to amplify the voices of women on stage, backstage, and in the business. This time around, hosts Tori Kravitz and Alicia Atout are joined by Shira Yevin, founder of Gritty in Pink, a platform dedicated to put power in the hands of women in the music industry.

Shira discusses moving to LA and fitting in with the scene there, protesting for women's reproductive rights, changing the Warped Tour circuit and how that prepared her for life now, the Gritty in Pink tour, founding the platform and its growth, and success stories from it.
