After their ultra successful collaboration with Star Wars to commemorate the 40th anniversary of The Empire Strikes Back and the brand's ongoing collaboration with Stan Smith, Adidas is flexing their sense of edge by launching a special project with Comedy Central's longstanding animated staple in South Park.

Appropriately dropping on 4/20, Adidas is revealing a hilariously hazy take on their classic Campus 80s silhouette with a design featuring one of South Park's more cult-driven characters in the ever-lifted, always suggestive Towelie.

Swapping out the shoe's signature suede for a pastel purple terrycloth upper, the real selling point of the collaboration is the eye graphics that sit atop the tongue of the shoe. Towelie's eyes go from clear to bloodshot red when exposed to UV light.

Additional subtle accents of the shoe include South Park branding on the shoe's insole making the co-branding especially subtle. On 4/20 don't forget to bring your towel and defiantly make sure to partake of the good herb... in style.
