The mania surrounding the most recent iteration of the Caped Crusader is still swelling. That much is evident given not only the solid reviews the film is earning (Read our guy Nick Delgadillo's review - HERE) but the associated tie-ins coinciding with the film's release.
Among the most interesting initiatives is the collaboration capsule that sees Warner Bros. teaming with workwear authority, Carhartt for a limited co-branded capsule inspired by the film and the Robert Pattinson edition of the Dark Knight. Playing off the reclusive super hero's obvious durability, the nexus between the built tough reputation of the brand and the Batman makes for a no-brainer of a play.
"While there aren't many things tougher than Carhartt gear, Batman certainly rises to the top of the list," explained Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Product for Carhartt, Alex Guerrero. "Bringing together one of the most recognizable super heroes on the planet with the most iconic brand in workwear seemed like a perfect fit for our consumers and Batman fans alike."
The collection is set to arrive April 6th. The limited release includes some of the staples associated with Carhartt including a Batman-branded Chore coat, two different hoodie designs, long and short-sleeved tees and the requisite Carhartt/Batman beanie as well as a Selina Kyle Beanie giving a nod to the Catwoman too.
There is also an iron-on patch kit that will be available in the collection that will allow fans to customize their haul from drop. The limited Carhartt x Warner Bros. Batman release arrives April 6th and can be ordered - HERE
