Fans can relive one of the last metal shows on the planet as Jinjer and Napalm Records broadcast their March 5th, 2020 performance from their Macro World Tour.

The swell of excitement surrounding the release of Jinjer’s live album, Alive In Melbourne has officially reached its peak. The band is now celebrating their first ever live album by offering a special surprise for fans.

Jinjer will be broadcasting the complete live concert footage from the band’s pivotal March 5th, 2020 performance that afforded the audio for the album. The video documents the band’s powerful stage show and infamously captures one of the last metal concerts on the planet prior to the world clamping down on live music.

The band’s bassist Eugene Abdukhanov offered his insight on the release. “From picking the cover artist Gabriel Nicoletti, to writing the very intense and personal band history in the linear notes … this album was not only something that I felt that our fans deserved in these strange times but it also helped me get through some of my own darkest times during the first Covid-19 lockdown. This was a moment in time that none of us will forget anytime soon.”
