The visual for the 6th single from the band’s ‘Macro’ LP, begins the band’s campaign to release videos for the remaining tracks on the album.
Jinjer are continuing their prolific run of visual releases with yet another addition to their catalog. Debuting another visual for their 6th single from their critically-acclaimed album Macro, the band’s track “The Prophecy” is nothing short of a banger.
Jinjer’s bassist Eugene Kostyuk discussed the track. “When we wrote ‘The Prophecy’ in 2019, little did we know that it would prophesize things to come in 2020 … the entire screwed up, scary and confusing year all wrapped up in our brand new single. That being said, we are not only very excited for this new video, but to also announce that we will release videos for all tracks from our Macro album. It‘s the very least we can do in these strange times.”
Utilizing their time away from the rigors of touring, the band has opted to film music videos for the remaining three tracks from the Macro album. Each track will have it’s own visual in what is a particularly ambitious show of work ethic and creativity.
However, the rollout for Jinjer doesn’t stop there. The band is currently in the middle of a promotional run leading up to the release of their first ever live record, Alive In Melbourne, arriving November 20th. The album was recorded during the band’s historic Australian run in March of 2020, some of the last rock shows on the planet prior to the global lockdown as a result of the pandemic.
