Instrumental progressive powerhouse Animals As Leaders have finally delivered on their long-awaited return with the band’s first single in five years in “Monomyth”. The track offers the first showing since the band’s critically-acclaimed effort In their 2016 opus, The Madness of Many.
Along with the unveiling of new music, Animals As Leaders continue to assert their rank among aggressive music’s most innovative units with the accompanying visual of the track helmed by Telavaya Reynolds and featuring choreography by Tlathui Maza / NOHBORDS.
The band’s triumphant return also marks the next chapter in their ongoing partnership with stalwart independent cultural purveyors, Sumerian Records. Resigning with the label, Animals As Leaders will continue to work with Sumerian, who first began their creative synergy back in 2014 with the release of the universally-praised, The Joy of Motion.
