Black Veil Brides and Ville Valo announce massive co-headlining tour

Teaming with Hot Topic, the noir rock tandem of Black Veil Brides and Ville Valo have confirmed a sprawling 31-date fall tour featuring a co-headlining bill. The trek begins September 10th in Louisville, KY. and extends well into the fall with a finale on October 20th in Southern California.

The  BVB & VV 2023 Tour will also feature an opening set from Dark Divine. Tickets for the run are set to go on-sale Friday, June 2 at 10 am local time.

“We cannot wait to join forces with Ville Valo and give both of our audiences in North America an unforgettable experience each night,” says Black Veil Brides frontman Andy Biersack. “This run has been in the works for quite a while. We couldn’t be happier now that we can finally share the news. Ville is an icon. We have all been fans of his, not only for his work in the hugely influential band HIM but as a torchbearer for an entire generation of rock fans and musicians.”

Valo echoed the intrigue and mystique of the tandem, “There’s something tinnitus-inducingly romantic about the idea of being sandwiched nightly between Black Veil Brides and Dark Divine on this autumnal trek across North America,” shared Valo. “And imagining us explore the architecture of doom and gloom from three distinctly different musical perspectives has already made the bats in my belfry suitably ravenous.”

For BVB, further bolsters their extensive touring cycle in support of the band’s landmark 2021 album, The Phantom Tomorrow and the supplemental 2022 EP, The Mourning. Fueled by the enduring effectiveness of the singles like their first ever top 10 track, “Scarlet Cross,” the band continues to be a dominant force well into their second decade as a unit.

As for Valo, the tour follows the acclaimed solo debut, Neon Noir, which arrived earlier this year. Renowned as the frontman for Finnish sensation HIM, Valo sold more than 10 million records throughout his career. His first ever solo ever has since been hailed a triumph and a creative return to form.
