The band will perform both 2019’s Atonement and their 2000 self-titled album in full from the historic hometown confines of the Palladium in Worcester, MA.
Killswitch Engage are taking to the streaming platform with the announcement of a global streaming event set for August 6th, 2021 in which the band will perform not one, but two of their most important albums in full.
Holding court in the hometown confines of The Palladium in Worcester, MA – which has played host to many of the band’s landmark performances, Killswitch will perform their 2019 album Atonement and their 2000 self-titled release in their entirety. The footage of the monumental event was directed by David Brodsky and Allison Woest for MyGoodEye.
“I am pleased we were able to finally pull this together,” explains vocalist and frontman Jesse Leach. “I hope everyone who watches enjoys this as much as we did making it. Aside from the music, the laughter and funny moments were an equal part of the experience. The whole package really feels like a Killswitch experience and we’re stoked for everyone to see and hear it.”
The news of the streaming event arrives as the band preps to join the highly-anticipated Knotfest Roadshow, joining Slipknot, Code Orange and Fever 333 for a national run that brings together some of heavy music;’s most sought after collectives.
The streaming event dubbed ‘Vaccinated + Intoxicated’ broadcasts August 6th and will be available to stream on-demand for 48 hours following the initial broadcast. Special, event-exclusive merch will also be available along with a VIP package featuring a virtual meet and greet. Tickets and merch are all available – HERE
