Set for May 26th, heavy music’s best will convene at London’s OVO Arena Wembley for the annual celebration featuring live sets from Boston Manor, Halestorm, Creeper, Underoath, Scene Queen and Vukovi.
On the eve of one of the biggest nights for heavy music, culture and community, The Heavy Music Awards has announced plans to livestream their 2023 award show ceremony with official media partner, Knotfest.com.
Moving to sprawling new digs for the seventh edition, organizers have continued their commitment to cultivating the annual event as the premier gathering for alternative art and culture. The 2023 edition of the show will take place at London’s OVO Arena Wembley, with the intentions of making the new, upgraded location, home.
The 2022 installment was pure spectacle, showcasing stellar live performances from Beartooth, Holding Absence, Meet Me At the Altar and Static Dress in what proved to be a nothing short of a monumental night. Always moving upward, producers of The Heavy Music Awards confirmed the performances slate for 2023, recruiting Boston Manor, Creeper, Halestorm, Underoath and Vukovi with Scene Queen to lead the latest celebration.
Starting at 7pm BST on May 26th, The Heavy Music Awards will be livestreamed via the KNOTFEST.com Youtube Channel – HERE.
The global audience will be able to tune in to see who takes home the hardware, with 14 various categories all honoring some of the best submissions from a diverse field of nominees spanning the full spectrum of heavy music.
Sourcing hundreds of music industry professionals from all corners of the world, The Heavy Music Awards recognizes the best efforts on the year for albums, performances, singles, artwork, production, music videos and even expanding the field with the addition of best festival. The Heavy Music Awards celebrates the collective culture of heavy music and outsider art by highlighting some of the most important, impactful contributions that move the culture forward.
