
Fixtures in the Pacific Northwest metal scene, Ligature Marks is once again stretching their creative muscles with their new video for track “Life Into Me”. “Life Into Me” features Ligature Marks’ signature passionate vocals, soaring composition and a touch of electronic flair.
Vocalist Benjamin Charles elaborates on the track: “I think this new track paints a pretty clear picture of the current direction of the band. We’ve been writing and recording like crazy this year and have ton of new material in the chamber and we’re ready to pull the f’n trigger.”
Ligature Marks guitarist, Karl Whinnery, once again plays double duty, directing the music video, as he has done for all of their music videos. The track also features bassist Mick Whitney of 36 Crazy Fists, who guests on this new offering, which was tracked at Falcon Recording Studios in Portland, OR by Gabe Johnston.
After a tumultuous pandemic, the band is back with their electric performances and unique video release parties, often hosted in haunting theaters and occasionally in a planetarium. More music will be coming in 2023.
