Rancid share latest preview of their 10th album with the cautionary tale, “Devil In Disguise”

Posted by Ramon Gonzales in News on May 24, 2023

The track arrives as the band prepares to headline Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas this weekend.

Bay Area punk legends Rancid continue their march towards the June 2nd arrival of their landmark 10th album, Tomorrow Never Comes. Having previously previewed the album with the release of the title track in addition to the ripper of a single in “Don’t Make Me Do It”, the latest offering is a cautionary singalong that underscores the band’s knack for balancing a catchy hook with punk-latent authenticity.

The band’s historic tenth effort sees Rancid teaming with longtime collaborator and producer Brett Gurewitz. The album marks the band’s first release in six years, last debuting new music in 2017 with the full length, Trouble Maker.

Coinciding with the drop of the highly-anticipated album, Rancid will embark on a series of festival appearances and headlining plays in support of the record. Kicking off their extended stretch of live dates, Rancid will headline the 2023 edition of Punk Rock Bowling in Las Vegas this weekend sharing the stage with the likes of Bad Religion, Suicidal Tendencies, The Damned, Interrupters and more.

The band will then begin a European trek with several festival dates confirmed. Among the included plays, Slam Dunk Italy, Rockfest in Finland, Hellfest, Graspop and Jera On Air in the Netherlands are just a few of the dates on the itinerary. Domestically, the band is set to perform a pair of headlining dates in Boston, MA before joining the festivities for major US fests including Louder Than Life in Louisville and Aftershock in Sacramento this October.

Tomorrow Never Comes will be released on June 2nd via Epitaph Records.
