The band will perform select cuts from their recent LP, Arrows, as well as mandatory picks from Murder the Mountains.
Pacific Northwest riff lords Red Fang have shared plans to perform for a global livestreaming event scheduled for July 30th, just weeks prior to their slated appearance at Psycho Las Vegas and Louder Than Life Festivals.
The band will set up shop at Mississippi Studios to rip through a collection of tracks from their most recent LP, Arrows, and will dig deep into the catalog to mark the tenth anniversary of Murder the Mountains with a set of select cuts from that album as well.
The band’s Bryan Giles shared their excitement about the prospect of playing live music again. “It has been a LONG time since we’ve been able to play a show, but we’re finally doing it! Our good friend Whitey offered to help us put together a streaming event to share our return to the stage with you. We couldn’t be more excited to get this party started again! We’re playing songs from Murder the Mountains to celebrate its 10-year anniversary along with numbers from our brand new album, Arrows. Please join us, it’s going to be a hoot.”
The announcement of the livestream comes as the band prepares to hit the road after an extended stretch of away from the road due to the pandemic. Enlisting the likes of Starcrawler, Here Lies Man, and Warish, Red Fang will finally be able to share the live translation of tracks from Arrows. In addition to the news of the stream, the band has also recently launched new limited vinyl variants of their timeless back catalog including, Murder The Mountains, Whales and Leeches, and Only Ghosts. The albums are currently available – HERE
Tickets for Red Fang’s July 30th streaming event are just $5 and currently available – HERE. The event will feature two segments in which 10 fans will join Red Fang for a live meet and greet at the venue (meet and greet spots are first come, first serve).
