Suicide Silence debut grisly new visual for “Capable of Violence (N.F.W.)”

The track is the second preview from the forthcoming album, ‘Remember… You Must Die”

Set to release their seventh full length studio album early next year, California deathcore stalwarts Suicide Silence have unveiled the second serving of unnerving brutality with a grisly new video for the track, “Capable of Violence (N.F.W.)”. Earlier this summer, the band introduced the album with the titular track “You Must Die” showcasing the first glimpse of their collaboration with producer Taylor Young whose resume includes stints with Nails, Xibalba, Terror and Vitriol just to name a few.

The band explained the thematic intensity of the track and the extremity of the visual helmed by director Vicente Cordero, appropriately delivered on Halloween.

“What would it take to make you retaliate? Even further, what would make you take a life? Is there ever an appropriate time for violence? We live in a world where these questions are unfortunately answered by many all of the time. An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind, yet humanity continues to crave death and destruction. Are you ‘Capable of Violence?’”

The band added, “This might be the most Suicide Silence video EVER. We hope you enjoy it. Happy Halloween everyone. Heavy as possible.”

The track’s arrival coincides with the 10th anniversary of the passing the band’s founding vocalist and deathcore pillar, Mitch Lucker. On November 1st, 2012, the frontman was pronounced dead after sustaining significant injuries during a motorcycle accident. He was just 28 years old when he passed.
