‘In the Court of The Dragon’ will be celebrated with a succession of fan-friendly events in the band’s home base of Orlando, Fl.
Among metal’s elite, Floridian juggernaut Trivium just completed their run on the historic Metal Tour of the Year trek alongside legends Megadeth and Lamb of God. All the while the band was gearing up for the release of their monumental tenth studio album with In The Court of The Dragon.
Offering fans a succession of blistering singles from the album in “Feast of Fire,” the collaborative launch with The Elder Scrolls in the Shogun-era revival of “The Phalanx” and the album’s epic title track complete an epic intro composed by Ihsahn (Emperor) along with an official short film music video directed by Ryan Mackfall – Trivium asserted they are at the very top of their creative game.
With the album finally arriving, the band are now set to celebrate the unveiling of their ambitious effort with a string of fan-friendly events in their hometown of Orlando, Florida to commemorate such an artistic accomplishment. Trivium will host a special In The Court Of The Dragon listening event and painting exhibition at the Redlight Redlight Bar & Brewery on Saturday, October 9 from 6 to 9pm. The event is open to the public and will feature a special Trivium beer, along with a exhibition of the album’s meticulous original oil painting artwork from French artist Mathieu Nozieres.
Then, Trivium will hold court at Orlando’s famed Beacham for an In the Court of the Dragon album release show in front of their most ardent, adoring hometown fans in a set that will no doubt include a full showcase of the new tunes, along with a collection of Trivium essentials from the band’s vast body of work.
