The face filter takes it’s cues from the band’s ‘We Are Not Your Kind’ track and shows a spider crawling out of the mouth of whoever is in the video frame.

The haunting track from Slipknot’s landmark album, We Are Not Your Kind, has inspired the latest face filter to add some flair to your social media shareables.

The band recently released the feature that works for the Instagam, Snapchat, and Facebook profile. The video effect has spiders coming out of the mouth of whomever is in the frame.

In related news, clown recently confirmed that the band is currently at work on the follow up to the 2019 release. During an Iowa No. 9 Slipknot Whiskey live bottle signing, the creative architect of the band shared that movement on what’s next has officially begun.

“We’re taking this time to write some new music. So for the last week, we’ve been just having a good time, eating a lot of food and writing good music. So we’re having a good time.”

clown continued, “Since everybody’s taken a lot of time off, we thought we’d utilize it by getting together and do what we probably do best, which is write music.”

He added, “So it’s been good, because there’s no pressure. It’s not like we have to. We’re doing it ’cause we want to. And it’s just been a blessing, because boredom can set in. And I know all of us in the world are going crazy, so we’re really lucky to be able to be together and do what we love most.”
