Babymetal Recruit Scene Queen for 2024 US Headlining Tour

The tour announcement follows the recent debut of the hugely-successful collaboration track with Electric Callboy, "RATATATA".

Japanese kawaii metal powerhouse Babymetal continues their run on the strength of last year's The Other One concept album.

Since the release, the band completed triumphant tours opposite Dethklok for their BabyKlok campaign, in addition to debuting acclaimed collaborations with the likes of Tom Morello, Lil Uzi Vert, Bring Me the Horizon and their most recent anthem with Electric Callboy in "RATATATA".

 

In the short time since last month's drop, the single has gone onto tally more than 7 million views to date and was trending on YouTube in over a dozen countries. In fact, the single managed to rack up more than 5 million streams on preferred DSPs in just the first week of release. 

Set to set embark on a trek of Europe for a series of festival appearances, Babymetal is due onstage at Download in the UK, Rock Im Park/Am Ring in Germany, Graspop in Belgium, Resurrection Fest in Spain and more in the coming weeks.

Following their run on the European festival season, Babymetal has now confirmed plans to return to the U.S. for a headlining run that will include support from rock heavy disruptor, Scene Queen. The 15-date stretch is produced by LiveNation and will begin November 5th in Orlando, FL. The tour will conclude with a finale in Southern California, headlining the House of Blues in Anaheim on December 3rd. 

Tickets for Babymetal's 2024 headlining U.S. tour are set to go on sale starting June 7th at 10am local. Ahead of the general on sale, KNOTFEST.com will be hosting a pre-sale event exclusive for premium members. Fans will be able to purchase pre-sale tickets starting June 5th at 12pm ET through June 6th until 10pm local time.
