Enterprise Earth Usher In A New Era With, 'Death: An Anthology'

- By Ramon Gonzales

The February release via MNRK Heavy features guest spots from Matt Heafy of Trivium, Darius Tehrani of Spite and Wes Hauch of Alluvial with the introductory single "King of Ruination" featuring Ben Duerr from Shadow of Intent.

Among deathcore's most unbound craftsmen, Enterprise Earth have announced their next iteration with the confirmation of their pending full length, Death: An Anthology. The album follows the universal acclaim of last year's The Chosen and ushers in a new era for the collective, now fronted by vocalist Travis Worland.

The album will arrive February 2nd via MNRK Heavy and touts an impressive list of guest contributions, including submissions from Matt Heafy of Trivium, Darius Tehrani of Spite and Wes Hauch of Alluvial.

Offering an initial glimpse of the devastation packaged onto the project, Enterprise Earth have shared an eviscerating first single in "King of Ruination" featuring Ben Duerr from Shadow of Intent. Coupled with a unnerving visual directed by Nick Chance, the future for Enterprise Earth couldn't look brighter.

Relaying a sense of excitement with the release and the continued evolution of their sound, the band shared, "'King of Ruination' ushers in the new era of Enterprise Earth, a violent and punishing force of groove-centric metal. This is merely a glimpse of what we have in store for you all on 'Death: An Anthology', thank you for listening."

As for the weighty thematic direction of the new album, vocalist Travis Worland detailed how the project afforded some personal catharsis for the frontman.

"Coming from a heinously religious upbringing and background, death has been at the forefront of my mind since childhood. Going to Hell, going to Heaven, going nowhere at all, being stuck between two polar opposite eternities. So, I wrote about it. From all manner of perspectives. The death of self, the death of someone or something important to you, the death of a relationship, the death of individuality, fantastical stories of what awaits us when we die.

Death takes many forms and can be spoken of in so many different lights. This is my story of death and dying. This is 'Death: An Anthology'."

Death: An Anthology lands February 2nd via MNRK Heavy. The album is now available for order - HERE
