Having recently been confirmed as an integral part of the 30th anniversary tour for hardcore pioneers Hatebreed, Chicago vets Harms Way continue to make waves on the strength of their profound 2023 full length, Common Suffering. Heading up a hugely successful North American tour late last year with Fleshwater, Ingrown and Jivebomb, the band has reasserted their position as one of the most respected and commanding contributors in the space.
As the most recent addition to the Far Out Performance series from Audiotree, Harms Way is the focus in a 10-minute featurette that finds the band sharing their thoughts on the commonality and catharsis of suffering, while sharing live renditions from the album. The band joins the likes of Fiddlehead, Molchat Doma, Sextile, Viagra Boys and Angel Du$t to be featured on the exclusive series. See more episodes - HERE
Performing "Terrorizer" and the King Woman-assisted "Undertow" - the Audiotree clip also enlists Kristina Esfandiari to serve as the conversationalist - leading the candid discussion with the band in between their riveting performances.
The clip was captured on location at Bohemian National Cemetery in Harms Way hometown of Chicago, IL. The brilliantly shot and edited clip frames the emotive core of the band's most recent work and their continued evolution as heavy music craftsmen and hardcore stalwarts. See the performance below.
