Health Takes On the Deftones' Classic, "Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)"

- By Ramon Gonzales

The band begins their Rat-Based Warfare North American Tour next month with Piel Grip and King Yosef.

Set to deliver the physical release of their 2023 AOTY candidate, Rat Wars later this week (February 16th via Loma Vista Recordings), L.A. heavy music outliers HEALTH have shared their take on a modern classic.

Sourcing the 1997 Deftones' essential "Be Quiet and Drive (Far Away)" HEALTH asserted some industrial grade muscle on the track first featured on the band's sophomore Around the Fur full length.

HEALTH's ode to the Sacto OGs comes via Spotify Singles and precedes the band's highly-anticipated Rat-Based Warfare North American Tour. The run will kick off next month and will include support from Pixel Grip and King Yosef.

The 24-date stretch will see HEALTH showcasing selections from Rat Wars which was initally released digitally in December of last year. See the list of dates and cities below. Get tickets - HERE
