Days ahead of the band's highly-anticipated, sold out hometown show at Leeds Brudenell Social Club this Friday, hardcore outliers Higher Power have shared a new music video for "Count the Miles". Comprised of footage from photographer/videographer Nat Wood, the clip offers a lighthearted look at life on the road as the band create bonds between stages small and large.
The standout track was featured on the band's surprise release, There's Love In This World If You Want It, which landed last summer without any lead-up or fanfare.
The band's frontman Jimmy Wizard spoke about the music video and explained how the clip offers a important look back at some of the most formative times of Higher Power. "This video was Alex’s concept but one of our favourite things growing up was seeing videos that give you a look behind the curtain! We don’t live and tour like this anymore but I’m grateful for the experiences we had together and it’s cool to have something of a highlight reel of our lives over those years so enjoy!"
Higher Power is set to host a special hometown performance this week with a sold out show at Brudenell Social Club in Leeds. The band will be sharing new entries from There's Love In This World If You Want It as well as fan favorites from their catalog.
There's Love In This World If You Want It is now available via Nuclear Blast Records. Get the album - HERE
