Closing out their expansive conceptual Lemon House High series that concluded with 2025's I Want To Go Home. chapter, Kaonashi are now turning the page with the reveal of their latest showing of controlled chaos, "Typing...".
The track was produced by Randy LeBoeuf (The Acacia Strain, Gideon) and showcases the band's feverish brand of aggression, anchored by frontman Peter Rono's distinct vocal command paired with volatile instrumentation. Teaming with creative collective midvessel, the accompanying visual serves well in framing the band's unconventional approach to modern heavy music.
The single lands as Kaonashi prep for a busy remainder of the year. Later this month, the band will host their own Never Home Festival in Philadelphia. The weekender will feature support from The Number Twelve Looks Like You, Year Of The Knife, Sabella, Heavy // Hitter, The Hirs Collective and more.
Next month, Kaonashi hit the road to support The Callous Daoboys for their Heaven Across North America tour. The run extends through September and includes supporting sets from Girl Of Glass and Wielded Steel. Shortly thereafter, Kaonashi takes on dates with The Number Twelve Looks Like You, with Blind Equation and Differences through October. A list of dates and cities can be found below.
