The Milwaukee Metal Fest continues to load up their three day bill set for this May with yet another exclusive performance for the most diehard fans. Following the announcement of Death to All playing two unique sets and the most recent addition of thrash favorites Havok to the bill, MMF has confirmed I Am Morbid will perform the 1989 classic Altars of Madness in full - celebrating the legacy of Morbid Angel.
I Am Morbid features both David Vincent and Pete Sandoval. In addition to the album play, the band will also include select cuts from Blessed Are the Sick (1991), Covenant (1993) and Domination (1995).
Along with the news of the addition of I Am Morbid, Milwaukee Metal Fest has also revealed the daily line-ups better framing the totality of the epic roster. With more than 50 bands across three days, including the likes of Mr. Bungle, Deicide, Slaughter to Prevail, In Flames, Testament, Symphony X, Blind Guardian, Hatebreed, Death to All, Possessed, Avatar, Paleface Swiss and so many more, the return of the festival is making an emphatic statement of the health of heavy music.
The festival marked it's return in 2023 reinvigorated by the muscle and creativity of Jamey Jasta and Sound Talent Group's Tim Borror, as well as the team at The Rave / Eagles Club, where so many of the original festivals held court.
