Neck Deep to steamroll North America with headlining 2024 tour

- By Ramon Gonzales

The month-long trek kicks of next year, coinciding with the release of the band's pending self-titled album and will include support from Drain, Bearings and Higher Power.

UK punk anomaly Neck Deep have announced plans to trek the United States in support of their forthcoming self-titled full length due out January 19th via Hopeless Records.

The project was confirmed just last week and was accompanied with the delivery of the infectious single, "It Won't Be Like This Forever". The emotive cut offers a balanced preview given the album's first glimpse in the lively, alien-obsessed, "Take Me Away With You". (We love a good X-Files reference)

To support the release of the album and showcases the latest material in their live set, Neck Deep have announced plans to hit the road in support of the Hopeless Records release. The Neck Deep, Live In America Tour kicks of a week after the album lands on  January 25th, 2024.

Adding to the excitement of the 22-date stretch includes a brilliant roster of support from some of punk and hardcore's most incendiary live bands. Among the suspects aiding in the takeover include standouts Drain, Bearings and Higher Power.

Further elaborating on the album and how it showcases the band's evolution, frontman Ben Barlow shared why the self-titled effort is indicative of the band truly exploring their creative identity “This album is the sound of us knowing ourselves and knowing our ability,” emphasized Barlow.

“It’s unapologetically us. We’re professional songwriters now and we’ve really honed in on what we’re good at – but it’s also about having fun and enjoying writing these tracks. And there are those little sonic signatures in the mix that even I can’t really put my finger on that just make it Neck Deep. It happens when we get in a room together and it clicks - it’s us just doing our thing like we always have.”
