Slipknot has issued a formal statement posting the below statement on their website:

"Effective immediately, Slipknot will no longer be associated with Sid Wilson. We wish him the best in his future endeavors."

The announcement concludes Sid Wilson's tenure as #0, the turntablist and keyboardist on the decks for Slipknot. Wilson contributed to all seven studio albums from the Des Moines collective, starting with the 1999 self-titled debut through 2022's The End, So Far. 

Outside of Slipknot, Wilson has garnered acclaim as DJ Starscream. Fusing elements of Jungle, Drum & Bass and Hip-Hop; Wilson's musical pedigree, along with his legendary stage performances, made him a formative presence.
