Extreme metal stalwarts The Black Dahlia Murder have announce their triumphant return to Europe for the first time since 2019. The band has been confirmed for several festival appearances including Party San, Download, Graspop, Brutal Assault, Summer Breeze and more - marking their first trip to the region in some five years.
Building a full tour around the confirmed festival appearances, The Black Dahlia Murder will embark on a coinciding headlining run dubbed, The Remnant Returns - Europe 2024 Tour. For the stretch of headlining dates, The Black Dahlia Murder will be joined by a rotating roster of elite level support with the likes of Suffocation, Shadow of Intent, and Decapitated performing on select dates.
The news of the European excursion arrives as the band has recently completed the long-awaited follow up to their universally acclaimed 2021 LP, Verminous. Working with longtime collaborator and producer Mark Lewis, the album is due out later this year and marks the first release following the tragic passing of beloved frontman Trevor Strnad back in 2022.
