Following last year's triumphant return to North American soil for the first time in more than 14 years, pioneering outfit The Sisters of Mercy took to the stage for a succession of sold out shows across the US. Quickly looking to meet the demand, the band led by Andrew Eldritch, has announced plans to return to road for a second fall North American trek in as many years.
The 19-date stretch will see The Sisters of Mercy hold court at iconic venues along the way with stops at New York City’s Radio City Music Hall, Los Angeles’ The Greek, San Francisco’s The Masonic and Chicago’s Aragon Ballroom among others. Also set to join the caravan, The Sisters of Mercy have tapped the synth-driven, darkwave drench alter ego of Davey Havok and Jade Puget of AFI as Blaqk Audio will serve as the special guest for the duration of the tour.
