For the team behind the Inkcarceration Music and Tattoo Festival, the festival banner continues to cement its status as one of the premiere events on the annual calendar of heavy music and culture. Following a record-setting 2024, the newly explanded layout of the grounds upped the ante, leveling up from 76,000 guests in 2024 to 90,000 fans this year all converging on the Ohio State Reformatory in Mansfield, Ohio.
The 2025 edition of the midwest summer tradition marks the fifth consecutive sold-out year, establishing a new precedent for the brand that continues to level up year after year.
Capturing some of the highlights from opening day of the festival, sets from Falling In Reverse, Knocked Loose, hometown heroes Beartooth, along iwth Parkway Drive, I Prevail, Killswitch Engage and more delivered memorable showings that set the bar for the weekend. The Inkcarceration media team managed to document the highlights from the fest's kickoff.
