Keeping Moto metal, the Nuclear Blast-backed Team Solitaire will be featured in a reoccurring column on KNOTFEST bridging heavy music and horsepower in 'A Different Kind of Pit'

It’s the team you may or may not know exists, but the Team Solitaire Nuclear Blast Yamaha pro supercross team is finally a pro sports team heavy music fans can get behind.

With professional motorcycle roots dating back over twenty years, the Team Solitaire supercross team has already begun its most anticipated season yet with its long time title sponsor - Nuclear Blast Records. The team currently has both riders, Hardy Muñoz (Chile) and Robbie Wageman (USA) both sitting Top 20 in the 250W championship standings.

Given its ties to the music industry and the team’s constant effort to bridge the gap from metal to moto, it only makes sense that Knotfest.com follow along…starting today Team Solitaire will work exclusively with Knotfest.com to give fans an inside look at the race team and how they “KEEP MOTO METAL”. Only at Knotfest.com will you find team videos, photo-shoots, and their column, “A different kind of PIT…” to give you an inside look at the team’s 2021 campaign.

Team Manager Chris Elliott gave the website a little insight on what to expect, “We are thrilled about a lot of things this season...our riders, staff, technicians, and the overall look of the team are all on point. But working with Knotfest.com is a cool one for us! We cannot wait to share everything with the fans! Most notably, we are pretty excited about our SUPPORT LOCAL DEATH METAL bike and campaign coming 3/16/21. We also have a tribute to one of the most iconic bands ever coming in April and you will not want to miss this because we are going to give Knotfest readers a chance to win a set of gear that is as limited edition as it gets. So stay tuned for videos, behind the scenes fun, and of course our column.”

So while you wait for the first “A different kind of PIT…” column to drop next week, make sure you tune into NBC Sports or the Peacock App LIVE this Saturday at 3:00pm PST to catch the #69 (Robbie Wageman) and #93 (Hardy Muñoz) in action.
