Power metal practitioners DragonForce have teamed with the beloved VR game Beat Saber to deliver a stunning show of skill and precision with the single, "Power of the Saber Blade". Featured on the sixth edition of the OST original soundtrack component of the game, the addition of DragonForce has long been in the making as the band has been one of the most requested from the title's gamers. 

The single, "Power of the Saber Blade" was composed specifically for Beat Saber and touts a jaw-dropping speed of 10.66 notes per second - making the single the fastest to ever be featured as part of the franchise.

 An especially important feature of the music featured on the OST series as part of Beat Saber is all of the songs are Content ID free. This allows influencers, streamers and everyday players to stream the songs without running afoul of copyright claims on social media and platforms like YouTube and Twitch - making for sharing without restrictions.

The news lands as the band recently completed a dominant North American tour with Amaranthe, NanowaR of Steel and Edge of Paradise ahead of the March 2024 arrival of the band's first LP on Napalm Records, Warp Speed Warriors. En route to the March 2024 release, the band will embark on a European co-headlining trek again with Amaranthe along with special guest Infected Rain.
