As the connection between hockey fans and heavy music enthusiasts has become increasingly evident in recent years, it seems as though the folks at EA Sports have tuned into that fact with the announcement of the official soundtrack for their NHL'23 edition of the sports title.
Unveiling a massive 42-song playlist to accompany the soundtrack announcement, EA Sports has assembled a stacked line up of "the very best of today’s – and tomorrow’s – hard rock, punk, metal, emo and more with breakaway new tracks from first line hitters". Among the marquee names anchoring the soundtrack news include the likes of KORN, GHOST, Gojira, Muse, A Day to Remember, Panic At the Disco! Turnstile, YUNGBLUD, and so many more.

Also included on the soundtrack are rapidly rising artists like Nova Twins, Holy Wars, Iann Dior with an assist from Travis Barker, DE'WAYNE featuring Poor Stacy, Death Lens, PUP, Real Friends and Sueco. The emerging sensations are aligned with cult favorites like Motionless In White (with a special spot from Caleb Shomo of Beartooth), Stick To Your Guns, Wage War, Coheed and Cambria, Frank Turner, and Bishop Briggs - making for an impressive flex of diversity.
