Last month, Agel Du$t announced the February 13th due date of the band's next full length, their first via Run for Cover, Cold 2 The Touch. Amped by the release of singles in "The Beat," "The Knife" and the album's title track, the project finds lead Justice Tripp reconnecting with producer Brian McTernan who worked on Angel Du$t's 2014 debut album. 

In support of the new album, Angel Du$t has announced a run of headlining tour dates across the U.S. to begin the campaign for Cold 2 The Touch. Beginning with an appearance alongside Sunny Day Real Estate, Explosions in the Sky, Citizen, Tigers Jaw and more at Something in the Way Fest in Massachusetts, Angel Du$t will then set out on an extensive 30-date run starting in D.C. on February 27th ahd closing out with play in Boston on April 6th. 

The Cold 2 The Touch tour dates will feature a comprehensive roster of rotating support spanning generations and subgenre of hardcore and adjacent styles. From Crown of Thornz and Negative Approach to Big Boy, Jivebomb, Combust and more, the variety emphasizes Angel Du'st's rank and reach. 

As for the album, Cold 2 the Touch features a stellar ensemble cast with contributions from the likes of Scott Vogel of Terror, Wes Eisold of American Nightmare, Patrick Cozens of Restraining Order as well as Frank Carter and Taylor Young of Twitching Tongues, Deadbody, God’s Hate and more.

Speaking on the direction of Angel Du$t and the forecast of the new record, Tripp explained, "The band has always been about me funneling other elements coming in from other people–I make a lot of music based on where I feel like the collective consciousness is going. I think this is the most collaborative Angel Du$t record.”
