Black metal progressives BLACKBRAID have announced their participation in Cradle of Filth's upcoming Majestic in Death II tour. Though the tour was to initially feature Moonspell as direct support, the most recent announcement positions BLACKBRAID as the featured support with WORM and Black Satellite serving as opening support for the fall US/Canada run.
The tour begins September 29th in San Diego, CA and concludes October 26th in Cincinnati, where BLACKBRAID will then take on a special headlining set in Denver, CO just two days later. From there, the indigenous black metal force will embark on a EU/UK tour supporting Converge and Sanguisugabogg along with Pupil Slicer in one of the best constructed bills of the touring year.
The touring announcement follows the early 2026 release of the band's Nocturnal Womb EP which featured two original tracks, “Nocturnal Womb” and “Celestial Bloodlust”. The EP added to the band's cannon anchored by the sonic assault of their acclaimed LP trilogy. The EP also includes powerful instrumental versions of “Barefoot Ghost Dance on Blood Soaked Soil." 'Nocturnal Wound'.
