Deathgrind stalwarts Cattle Decapitation have unloaded one of their most compelling visuals to date with the release of "Solastalgia". The track is featured on the band's universally-praised tenth studio album which landed earlier this year, Terrasite.
The joint effort directed by David Brodsky and vocalist Travis Ryan was produced by Allison Woest for My Good Eye: Music Visuals. The single is the latest in a succession of effective videos from the album, including the commanding clips of "We Eat Our Young", "Scourge Of The Offspring" and "A Photic Doom".
Terrasite continues to add to the band's groundswell of momentum, asserting a strong case as an AOTY kind of contender. The album made an impact on the Billboard charts, climbing to the #2 position on the Current Hard Music Albums chart, #3 on the Current Independent Albums chart, #4 on the Rock Albums chart just to include a few highlights.
The video drops as Cattle Decapitation prepare to head out on their headlining Terrasitic Infestation North American Tour which begins November 10th and concludes with a hometown finale in San Diego, CA on December 16th.
The tour will touch down in more than two dozen cities and will feature a stellar supporting roster with sets from Immolation, Sanguisugabogg, and Castrator. A complete list of dates and cities can be found below.
