Powerhouse Chelsea Wolfe has delivered the latest preview of her forthcoming She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She LP, due out February 9th of next year via Loma Vista Recordings. "Tunnel Lights" harnesses Wolfe's cinematic scope with a composition that translates as both ethereal and eerie in one fell swoop.

Wolfe explains, “ʻTunnel Lightsʼ is about actually living instead of just ʻgetting by.ʼ Itʼs about waking up to the fact that youʼve been languishing in the dark and itʼs time to start taking steps towards the lights thatʼll guide you out of the tunnel-cave.”

Combining heavy guitars and cadence that harkens to the late 90's heyday of trip hop, the track builds to mighty crescendo creating the kind snesory experience that is best described as soaring. In tandem with a breathtaking visual helmed by director George Gallardo Kattah, the visual was filmed on location in Columbia, making for a captivating backdrop for Wolfe's expansive musical prowess.

Wolfe shared of the conceptual ambition of the visual, “The ʻTunnel Lightsʼ video is a contemplative wander through possibility, grief, and wonder, represented by the carrying of a mysterious egg through the mystical landscapes of the Colombian páramo, inspired by the energy and flora of the mountains themselves. Starling murmurations act as both guide and coven as emotions become unfrozen.”

Director Gallardo Kattah spoke about the personal significance the project had for him. “ʻTunnel Lightsʼ is a love letter to my country and my team. Being able to pull off something like this in this ecosystem required for many things to line up, both by chance and by hard work. In very simple terms, the video is a portrait of Chelsea looking and reaching out to herself.”

She Reaches Out To She Reaches Out To She marks the seventh studio effort from Wolfe. Showcasing the continued collaborative prowess of Ben Chisholm, drummer Jess Gowrie, guitarist Bryan Tulao, along with the added vision of producer Dave Andrew Sitek, the album serves as a pivotal moment in the evolution of the artist.

Along with the pending arrival of the new album, Chelsea Wolfe has confirmed a healthy touring itinerary for 2024 with support from Divide and Dissolve. The North American trek kicks of February 27th in San Diego and stretches through March with a finale in Los Angeles on the 30th.
