SOS Booking has revealed the first announcement for the 2026 edition of For the Children. The annual, holiday-themed hardcore congregation serves as a vital toy drive benefitting youth in the Los Angeles area. 

Following the sold out 2025 installment that boasted sets from Trapped Under Ice, Foundation, The Story So Far, Madball and many more, the latest announcement hints to one of the biggest offerings from SOS for FTC of the event's storied run. 

Topping the first wave of confirmed artists, death metal veterans Dying Fetus will take on The Belasco for what will no doubt be a brutal set. Connecticut OGs Death Threat have also been tapped for the event with Cro-Mags, Seahaven and Fatal Realm also joining the festivities. 

Rounding out the initial wave of bands, Inclination, Laid 2 Rest, One Step Closer, Bad Beat, Foreign Hands, Living Weapon and more are all set for the weekender. For the Children is set for December 12th and 13th at The Belasco in Los Angeles. Weekend passes are now on sale - HERE
