Galactic Empire Mark May 4th with Cover of The Theme To ‘Ahsoka’

- By Ramon Gonzales

The latest release offers tribute to the Star Wars universe and arrives ahead of the band's upcoming US and Latin America tour dates.

The metalcore collective hailing from a galaxy far, far away unloaded their fourth full length studio effort, Special Edition, this time last year in celebration of the unofficial Star Wars-themed holiday, May 4th.

The Star Wars-centric metal unit, Galactic Empire has again resurfaced to mark the annual tradition, this time with a hefty take on their version of The Theme from Ahsoka. The composition pays tribute to the ever-expanding Star Wars universe, revisiting the music from the Rosario Dawson-led Apple TV+ series

The epic cover lands as the band is set to take their campaign on the road again with a succession of US tour dates with with Bit Brigade and Super Guitar Bros. Following the US run, the Empire will continue their march into Latin America with a stretch of dates that will see the band touch down in Mexico, Columbia, Peru and Chile to include a few destinations.
