Intergalactic metal horde GWAR have added two additional legs to their expansive Age of Entitlement Tour. Trekking in support of their 2022 LP, New Dark Ages, the legendary collective will head a two-part summer run of headlining dates kicking off in June and resuming in September.
For the first stretch of dates, GWAR has enlisted Weedeater, X-Cops and Squid Pisser as support. Picking back up in September, GWAR will head out with narco-metal legends Brujeria, along with grind newcomers BRAT and gutter gospel of Cancer Christ.
Blothar the Berserker weighed in on the newly announced plans. “This is an incredible time in the history of the world, so much death and destruction in the face of so much senseless entitlement and arrogant darkness. We cannot wait to shock some sense into humanity with the most outrageous performance of heavy metal theater ever to descend from the gods.”
